Good variety, slightly slow

I got some Basil Plants and a few varieties of Pepper Plants this time. The plants arrived healthy and were well-packaged, which is great. They took about 8 days to get here in California, which felt a bit long compared to some other nurseries I've used. They use zone shipping, so it really depends on when your zone is good for planting. I think for California you'd probably be in a pretty early group.

What's their return policy like if I just change my mind or the plants aren't what I expected? Or if I just mess up?

They have a 100% guarantee thing. If the plants aren't good, they'll usually replace them or refund you. But if you just change your mind, that's probably tougher since they're live plants.

I think the guarantee is mostly for plants arriving dead or dying shortly after. For general returns on live plants, it's probably not really a thing, since they're perishable. Most places don't take back live plants just because you changed your mind.

Pretty sure they ship to all lower 48, but Hawaii and Alaska can be tricky for live plants due to regulations. You'd have to check their shipping info page.

Definitely double-check their site for Hawaii. Lots of nurseries have restrictions on sending live plants there. Don't want to get your hopes up then find out they can't send them.

Nah, they have a guarantee. If they arrive damaged, just hit them up and they'll sort it out. Mine were a bit sad from transit once, but recovered quickly and they offered a replacement anyway.
